APO shipping is FREE and sent via USPS. We cannot guarantee shipping times to APOs.
Other: Requests for shipping outside of the contiguous United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at actual cost.
Duties and Taxes: We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
International: Shipping Quotes are available for orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
SHIPPING ORIGINAL ARTWORK: **Free Shipping on original artwork in the contiguous US** Outside the contiguous US, contact the studio for a quote. Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the of your artwork, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. The artwork must be returned, undamaged. Return shipping cost is at the customer’s expense; and we ask that you insure the artwork for return. We cannot accept returns on giftcards, custom artwork, or commissions.
if your print arrives at your door and the box is damaged, please contact me immediately. Before opening your order, YOU MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package. Then open the package to see if your artwork is damaged. Often, despite damage to the box, the print is in good condition. However, if it is damaged, please photograph the damage and email me the photo. I will then begin the shipping claim and start your replacement order.
Once your order is in production, we may not be able to cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order contact me as soon as possible at richard@richardhallfineart.com
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
