Beggin' for Biscuits

We have two pups at home, Jack and Sam, both mixed breed rescues. Sharon came home with this vintage style bin for their dog biscuits and suggested that I might like to use it in a painting. I was happy to oblige. I added the classic Fisher-Price Boston terrier toy, “Barky” and a couple of dog biscuits to create the composition.

Composition details

"Barky" is one of my favorites in my collection of Fisher-Price toys.  It was produced between 1958-1960 and when it's pulled, the eyes rotate and it makes a "barky" sound.
